Forms the basis of our free and independent nation,
Presents the substance of a republic,
Allows for the formation of states, and
Contains the essence of being in perpetuity.
Mind you when the declaration was written the original intent was "all white men" but even during the slave days alot of men recognized the criminality of kidnapping any man from his home and enslaving him. Some people obviously feel they are better than others, when they aren't of course.
You might as well realize the truth that ALL LAW is religion because it's someones morality or it wouldn't be necessary to write one law. Every Man and Woman on the earth except Psychotic and Psychopathic individuals knows right from wrong, the question is do they choose to heed that knowledge or just do what they want regardless of anyone elses life.
The second other races were recognized as men (and in my eyes even before they were, I would've been in the underground railroad, or like the soldier in dances with wolves) that's it there was never a need for a 14th amendment because the declaration then covered them also. (It's Says ALL MEN) I grew up in a pretty racist environment, but when I joined the military and used my intellect, and met people from all races, religions and views I quickly realized it wasn't about race at all but about the man. People can be good decent human beings supporting the right of every man to live his LIFE the way he wants as long as he doesn't infringe on the same for any other man. Then again he can be an evil, sadistic who wants to steal your life for his own largess.
What is your LIFE? again very simple, it's the number of minutes you have on this earth before you DIE, (which is a limited number) to do what YOU want to spend your life doing. What right does ANY OTHER HUMAN have to demand a thing of you if you haven't done them directly any wrong, I'll tell you they don't have ANY right.

The Weather in the Boonies :) and What If?......
Sorry I Haven't written since my first post. But the weather here has been atrocious and way out here we barely get our cell service. Which is what I'm using to connect to the net. I Love my country and all of you and I won't go away, but MAY be delayed from time to time, so please have patience. I Love every person in this world, but feel really sorry for the deceivers, as I believe their day is coming very shortly, and they will feel the wrath of judgement. As for the rest whom only want love, compassion, truth and prosperity in their lives. Time to wake up and look around, I Found this on the net and it had no Author to it, but I wanted to get it out, as it makes alot of sense to me.
What if...
What if our foreign policy of the past century is deeply
flawed and has not served our national security interest?
What if we wake up one day and realize that our terrorist
threat is a predictable consequence of our meddling in
the affairs of others and has nothing to do with us being
free and prosperous?
What if propping up repressive regimes in the middle east
endangers both the United States and Israel?
What if occupying countries like Iraq and Afghanistan,
and bombing Pakistan, is directly related to the hatred
directed toward us?
What if, someday, it dawns on us that losing over 5000
American military personnel in the middle east since
nine-eleven (9-11) is not a fair trade off for the loss
of nearly 3000 American citizens no matter how many Iraqi,
Pakistani, or Afghanistani people are killed or displaced?
What if we finally decide that torture, even if called
enhanced interrogation technique, is self destructive and
produces no useful information, and that contracting it
out to a third world nation is just as evil?
What if it is finally realized that war and military
spending is always destructive to the economy?
What if the all the war time spending is paid for through
the self destructive process of inflating and borrowing?
What if we see that war time conditions always undermine
personal liberty and freedom?
What if conservatives who preach small government wake
up and realize that our interventionist foreign policy
is the greatest incentive to expand the government?
What if conservatives understood, once again, that their
only logical position is to reject military intervention
and managing an EMPIRE throughout the world?
What if the American people woke up and understood that
the official reasons for going to war are almost always
based on lies and promoted by war propaganda in order to
serve special interests?
What if we as a nation came to realize that the quest
for EMPIRE eventually destroys ALL great nations?
What if Obama has no intention of leaving Iraq?
What if a military draft is being planned for wars
that will spread if our foreign policy is not changed?
What if the American people learned the truth that
our foreign policy has nothing to do with national
security and never changes from one administration
to the next.
What if war and preparation for war is a racket
serving special interests?
What if President Obama is completely wrong about
Afghanistan and turns out worse that Iraq and
Vietnam put together?
What if Christianity were actually taught PEACE
and not preventive wars of aggression?
What if diplomacy is found to be superior to
bombs and bribes in protecting America?
What happens if these concerns are completely unfounded?

I personally want to apologize to all the peoples of the world, for the tyrannical idiocy my gov is perpetrating on the world, and personally I am firing them ALL as they are not watching out for My interests or The American people but only their wanton lusts for power, money and control for their own selfish interests, I'll never apologize for being an American as I love what my country stands for... and this is where my Creator put me on this Earth, and most of the population of this country are people who want what all people of the world want (except the psychopathic) peace prosperity truth and compassion.
But unfortunately they are under a spell that the gov actually gives a crap about them, or their children, and the large growing number of people waking up are banging them on the heads and trying to wake them up to Who They Really Are... They've forgotten this for some reason as I had until about a year ago but I woke up real quick and realized what a joke, the Justice system and the Government is in this country.
Egyptian Slaves were only Taxed 20% in ancient times and for 2 years straight I tracked all FRNs I made and all amounts paid out including gas taxes and cigarette taxes and was paying over 43% of everything I used MY LIFE to earn out to them.
Well climbing down off my soapbox... lol you know what I WILL BE FREE TILL I DIE.

Who I Am The Imperfect But Caring Human Soul
Some people know me as James Michael and my Family name is Barnes, although I wouldn't claim that name, because the man I got it from hasn't been a father to me at all, My Father Bill Mobley is a true American while quiet unless he needs to be heard he's honest hardworking and and I Love him very much, and actually wish I were more like him, I've tried and tried and pull myself up again to try some more, but so far haven't really gotten anywhere in life. I haven't tried hard enough, but I refuse to give up trying and will continue in this tiny speck of time I have on this spaceship earth.
I'm not a writer and while I'll try to remain somewhat coherent and use proper punctuation, try to realize this is just a way to put my thoughts and feelings into words and to record what I see in the world around me, I'm also a very private person, I prefer to stay home and read and spend time with the people I love versus hanging out with anyone else, but needed an outlet and after reading several other humans blogs, realized it might be a good outlet, If you like it or feel similar to me, good if you think it's a waste don't read it. If it gives you some insight you may not have had good also.
I Love every man and woman on this earth, even the ones trying to force their manure on top of my head, but it doesn't mean I as another human on this earth have to take their crap, I can walk away from and not stand under the manure they shovel, and live my life the way I want to, It's mine given to be by the force that granted me this time here, and I'm not letting anyone else steal another minute of it without paying a price for their force upon me.

I equate this with every life on the planet not just in my country, It is the true spirit of the human soul and applies to all whereas I stand.

I'm not a writer and while I'll try to remain somewhat coherent and use proper punctuation, try to realize this is just a way to put my thoughts and feelings into words and to record what I see in the world around me, I'm also a very private person, I prefer to stay home and read and spend time with the people I love versus hanging out with anyone else, but needed an outlet and after reading several other humans blogs, realized it might be a good outlet, If you like it or feel similar to me, good if you think it's a waste don't read it. If it gives you some insight you may not have had good also.
I Love every man and woman on this earth, even the ones trying to force their manure on top of my head, but it doesn't mean I as another human on this earth have to take their crap, I can walk away from and not stand under the manure they shovel, and live my life the way I want to, It's mine given to be by the force that granted me this time here, and I'm not letting anyone else steal another minute of it without paying a price for their force upon me.
